| THE FRAMES | |||||||
| Our folding chairs
and tables are the name of our steel - wood combination furniture range.
Our designs symbolize the high quality and durability of the the materials
that are used and embody the excellence of the craftsmanship that goes into
making our furniture. The high-alloy strip steel and round bar provide high
tenacity to our folding frames. The steel parts are treated with state of
the art surface protection for weathwer resistance. Our process are identical
to those used by the many metal industry , in which the frames are galvanized
and sealed before powdercoating with acrylic and are then baked at about
220 'C. All socket joints have galvanized beaing bushes. However, an occasional drop of oil for lubrication is recommended, as it will also serve as corrosion protection for the inner surface of joints. Nylon slide caps at the bottom of chair and table legs provide additional protection against damaging floors and scratching paint. |

| IROKO | |||||||
| For centuries, iroko
has been considered an excellent material for construction and for making
furniture, because of its silicate, wax and oil content. Since iroko is a wood that absorbs almost no moisture and is very resistant to temperature changes, warping (through expansion and contraction ) is negligible. Our iroko table top layers are glue jo,nted and are bonded with waterproof glue. |
